I recently completed the Crestron Intelligent Video Design (IVC-D) in-person certification course, gaining comprehensive knowledge in professional AV video system design and implementation. The IVC product line was originally 1 Beyond which Crestron acquired in 2022.

This intensive training covered essential topics including:

  • Video signal formats and resolutions
  • Digital video transport technologies
  • Display technologies and selection criteria
  • Video processing and switching
  • Signal distribution and management
  • System integration best practices
  • Troubleshooting methodologies

The IVC-D certification demonstrates proficiency in designing intelligent video solutions that meet the demanding requirements of modern audiovisual installations. This training is particularly relevant for media ministry work, where reliable video systems are essential for worship services, streaming, and multi-site campus connections.
